Global Civil Engineering

Undergraduate civil engineering student teams are developing construction bids for projects in Brazil, Turkey, and Israel this semester for a new capstone course, International Collaborative Construction Management. Drs. Bursu Akinci and Lucio Soibelman developed the course to help students learn to work in a global environment. The department also offers a new master’s program in global sustainable construction.
